You can either pay via card payment (MobilePay, Visa\/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard), cash on delivery.a<br><br>The payment will only be withdrawn upon transfer to the freight company (Tusass)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK). taali.gl encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction. The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Delivery<\/strong><br>taali.gl delivers locally by car and exclusively through Tusass, with day-to-day delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Extra delivery time should be expected during holidays and public holidays. In the event of sold out and\/or discontinued items, you will be called to find a solution. If we were not able to meet you, please allow extra delivery time. An order can be made at www.taali.gl any day of the week, at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ordered before 15, on any weekday, your order is packed and shipped the same day, subject to the above. Ordered after 15, or on holidays or weekends, your order will be packed and shipped on the next working day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Right of withdrawal<br><\/strong>As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, or take physical possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.<br>You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The notification must be given by Mail: taali@taali.gl \/ Telephone: +299 53 94 29<br>In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.<br>You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to their nature, certain goods cannot be returned by normal post.<br>This applies to: &nbsp;Refrigeration and frozen goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The costs for return are expected to amount to approx.DKK: 100.00<br>Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The following product types are exempt from the right of withdrawal:<br><\/strong>Delivery of food, beverages or other goods for the household&#8217;s current consumption, which is delivered physically to the consumer&#8217;s home, place of residence or workplace by a trader who frequently and regularly serves fixed routes. Delivery of goods which can be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly, Delivery of sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery. Delivery of alcoholic beverages, where the price was fixed at the conclusion of the purchase agreement and delivery can only take place after 30 days, and where the actual value depends on market trends over which the trader has no influence. Supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription agreements for the supply of such publications.<br>\u2028You lose your right of cancellation if: you break the seal on goods which for health protection or hygiene \u00a0reasons are not suitable for return.\u2028you break the seal on sound or image recordings or computer software.<br><br><strong>Cancellation of part of the purchase:<br><\/strong>If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased under one order.<br>Note: that you will not get the delivery costs back if you regret part of your purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The item&#8217;s condition when you send it back:<br>You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use. If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item&#8217;s commercial value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Refund of the purchase amount:<br><\/strong>If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.<br>If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.<br>We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If you regret the purchase, the item must be sent to:<br><\/strong>Taali I\/S<br>J\u00f8rgen Sverdrupsvej 23<br>3952 Ilulissat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conditions for using taali.gl<br><\/strong>You must be at least 18 years old to buy tobacco products or alcohol over 16.5% You must be at least 16 years old to buy alcohol over 1.2%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>REMEMBER ORDER NO<br><\/strong>You can also cancel the purchase by giving a clear message and handing it in personally to the above address against prior agreement.<br>We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Right of complaint<br><\/strong>The Purchase Act&#8217;s defect rules may apply to goods purchases. When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must advertise within a &#8220;reasonable time&#8221; after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
