PAYMENT
At taali.gl you have the option of paying with cash or card using our terminal. You can either pay with Akiliut, Dankort, Visa or Mastercard. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK). The taali.gl site encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.
DELIVERY
We will strive to deliver your items within 15-20 minutes.
taali.gl cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events such as road accidents, incorrect address, etc. that would delay delivery.
During holidays and public holidays, extra delivery time should be expected. An order can be placed at www.taali.gl every day of the week, at all opening hours.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you have received your item, or you have the last item in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement for several different items that are ordered in one order and are delivered individually.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.
The notification must be given by email: taali@taali.gl or telephone: +299 53 94 29 or by using the contact form.
In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.
The goods must be returned intact, unopened and in the same condition as when purchased.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
taali.gl only collects and processes the personal information that you provide in connection with the use of one of taali.gl‘s various services. We do not collect personal information about you from third parties.
If we become aware of obvious errors in the information that we have registered about you – e.g. an error in the e-mail address – we will correct the information if possible. We only collect and process the personal data that is necessary to be able to offer you the various services available on our online store. Your personal data is also used to subsequently administer and maintain your profile and offer you information about relevant products when you have given your consent for taali.gl to send you messages. taali.gl does not use your personal data for other purposes. taali.gl will never disclose personal data to third parties.
Personal data is stored on servers located within the EU. taali.gl only uses data processors that comply with this data policy and the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data at any time.
taali.gl only stores personal data about you for as long as it is necessary in relation to the stated purpose. Personal data is deleted or anonymized on an ongoing basis as the purposes for which it was collected are completed. taali.gl stores your personal data for a maximum of 3 years after you last used one of our services via your profile on taali.gl. If taali.gl finds it necessary to continue storing your personal data after the expiry of the 3 years, this will only be done on the basis of renewed consent.
taali.gl ensures that the necessary technical and organizational security measures are taken against your personal data being accidentally or unlawfully destroyed, lost or degraded and against it coming into the knowledge of unauthorized persons in accordance with the data protection legislation in force at any time. We store personal data on the secure servers of our partners.
You can at any time gain access to the personal data that taali.gl has registered about you by contacting us. If you wish to receive a copy of this information, please write to us at taali@taali.gl. Furthermore, you can have incorrect information about you corrected or deleted at any time.
