PAYMENT
At taali.gl you have the option of paying with cash or card using our terminal. You can either pay with Akiliut, Dankort, Visa or Mastercard. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK).

taali.gl encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

The amount will only be charged to your card when the goods have been delivered.

DELIVERY
We will strive to deliver your goods within 10-30 minutes. taali.gl cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events such as road accidents, incorrect address, etc. that should delay delivery. During holidays and public holidays, extra delivery time should be expected. Orders can be placed at www.taali.gl every day of the week, during all opening hours.

PURCHASE OF SPIRITS & TOBACCO PRODUCTS
Purchase of tobacco products and snuff is only permitted for adults over 18 years of age, purchases of tobacco products are carefully checked and will be canceled if the buyer is under 18 years of age.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation when shopping with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, or you receive the last item in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement for several different items that are ordered in one order and are delivered individually.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.

The notification must be given by email: taali@taali.gl or telephone: +299539429 or by using the contact form.

In your message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the goods without also clearly informing us of this.

The goods must be returned intact, unopened (if the expiry date is not noted, it can be exchanged) and as it was when it was purchased.
